I have ordered a phone ‘ Note 7 Pro (Neptune blue, 64GB, 6GB Ram) but received two local phones.
Requested to replace with the correct product else refund the amount. But they are not replying. Tried to contact on the phone number given on the pack. But not picking. Wrote so many times but no reply
