Text of Complaint by R.VELPANDIAN:

I AM VELPANDIAN FROM TIRUNELVELI DISTRICT, TAMILNADU. I ORDERED FOR PACK OF 20 ‘AAA’ BATTERIES FROM AMAZON. THE SELLER IS CLICKTECH RETAIL INDIA LIMITED. BUT HE SENDS ONLY 10 PACK OF BATTERIES. I REPORTED TO AMAZON CUSTOMER CARE. THEY SAID THAT THEY CANNOT HELP IN THIS ISSUE. STATING THAT IT IS USUAL THAT SUCH THINGS HAPPEN IN BUSINESS. IT IS FOUND THAT THE BILLER GST REGISTRATION IS FALSE. THE SELLER USES SOME OTHERS GST NUMBER. THE GST DATABASE DOESNT SHOW THE SELLER NAME. IN THIS REGARD I WANT PROPER JUSTICE IN THIS ISSUE.
