My Name is Sunny Arora. My mobile Number is 9603642423.
I placed an order online on JioMart on 30th June 2020 and paid Rs.2868 from my Paytm as the payment option (Paytm Phone Number 9581411188)
As per the order confirmation i was supposed to get the items delievered on 2nd July 2020 Morning.
I did not receive any order and did not even get any call from Jio mart and suddenly on 3rd July 2020 i receive a SMS stating the order has been delievered.
I straight away called the customer service number and raised a complaint and they said I will receive the order soon and someone will call me.
Since then i called the customer service team, and spoke to over 12 different representatives who kept on raising complaints but No one called me to follow up and did not ship the product and i wanted my refund.
I registered 4 to 5 complaints over the phone but no refund was issued and no one called me to even.
I spent hours and hours on the phone and spent more money to afford the calls i made to the customer service team as its is not toll free.
Eventually i got tired and stopped calling or following up.
I request you to please look into this and i want strict action to be taken against JioMart and I want my money back along with compensation for the time and money i wasted.
