I placed an order worth 1196 on November 4 2020. The website mentioned that it doesn’t have COD available due to COVID 19. So I made an online payment. Till date I have not received my order nor am I receiving any reply from their side to my email asking the status about my order.
I now doubt that this is a fake website. I also read a similar complaint from other customers stating the same experience.
