Text of Complaint by Ritesh NIGAM:

Order of flipkart. Received defective carrom board. Placed refund request. Rescheduled and thereby cancelled by courier stating that I have rescheduled them, instead everytime courier guy came, he came with two wheeler and denied pickup starting that he cannot take cotton on two wheeler. Flipkart has updated the same showing that I have rescheduled the same. This happened till return period window has over. Now flipkart has cancelled my return pickup request and are denying exchange or refund as return period is over.
