Hi , this is regards to Flipkart order # OD122871145096338000 ordered on Sep 17 2021, they said it will get delivered by by Wed, Sep 22, 2021 however it was delayed later on 22nd Sep i received an email stating “We are sorry to let you know that the delivery of your order OD122871145096338000 for the below mentioned product(s) has been delayed due to logistical constraints. We’re working closely with the seller to make sure that the item reaches you by Friday Sep 24, 2021. We would like to thank you for your continued support and trust.” and i was ok for this again after few days again i received an email stating still it is delayed “In continuation to your last contact to know the status of your order with order id OD122871145096338000. We’re sorry to let you know that there has been an unexpected delay in having your order delivered. We are working closely with the service providers to get this sorted and we will get back to you as soon as possible.” than i called customer support they said it will get delivered by 30th Sep but in 30th Sep i received a text stating order is cancelled stating “by the seller as their partnered courier service provider is currently unable to deliver to your address.” but here in my address many items was delivered earlier suddenly how come it says it could not able to deliver moreover, i received email stating “While we were tracking your order to make sure that it reaches you on time, we see that it has been cancelled. If you like, you may place a new order for the product, the seller will work with the courier service provider to ensure the product reaches you.
Help me understand if my order is cancelled again if i place an order how come it will get deliver to my address.
I am very frustrated now with flipkart service Request to take an action with Flip-kart logistics.
