Talked and mailed with Flipkart CC and CEO, Grievance, escalation, cs-head and higher authority several times, asked for escalation of issue, argued that I have agreed to Flipkart Exchange terms and not to ekart’s checklist.
My phone old phone and after local ekart manager told me that they will not accept phone in any case due to minor scratch attached image. , Also told them that ekart is just a logistics partner, arranged by them, over which I have no control, and delivery boys are not technicians. How can Flipkart rely on them for Final Decision.
Their policy is absurd and problem is they don’t mention anything in policy which ekart is expected to check. They expect new phones in exchange nowadays.
Btw, if you are not in urgent need and if they reject your old phone, That Means Flipkart expecting people to exchange their new brand goods in return of other brand new goods.
Or They are cheating people by giving exchange offer till we Buy the product.
The people of Flipkart are mentally disturbed and I have lost them for this, which I have to file a case.
