This is anurag Singh. I ordered a malabar gold chain(Order Number: 408-3142563-3008311 ) of 5.72 grams but amazon.in delivered my ordered chain in only 3.850 grams. I made complain against this less weight chain which i got.
then after 5 days specialist team agent answered me that there is no mistake in this gold chain order which was delivered from amazon.in so he can not do anything for this and disconnect my call.Then i put message for seller side . seller initiated a partial refund of 2474 rupees without any proper estimation like on what basis seller is making partial refund.
and one more thing why the weight of this gold chain is not mention on the invoice. i want a proper invoice on which price and weight both should be mention properly
