I ordered Rakhi combo gift on rakshabandhan 30th Aug from Ireland to India vishakapatnam on the same day delivery. But it was not delivered yet. Tried calling them on customer service numbers no response, emailed them no response, raised complaints through PhonePe as I did payment by PhonePe. Got email that order is in process and cannot be cancelled nor refunded. There are many more complains on blommsvilla website I don’t no why no one is taking charge
