I ordered couple of items from jio mart and it costed me around 782 choose option to pay through mobikwik wallet i got message from mobikwik that your payment is sucessfull and get 10% cashback but i didn’t get any confirmation message of my order details and now when i check my orders even that order is missing.
But amount is deducted from my wallet and i cant see my order in the app and the website,I need my money back or quickly solve it.I have proof that I paid to Jio mart I have screenshot of mobikwik,I have wallet transaction id and everything
