Dear Sir,
This is to inform you that, Had placed an order by Paytm order number is 3683189199 with amounting 11089 Rs unfortunately i had to cancel the order as item was wrong selected by mistake. I am taking follow-up to cancel the item and refund the money since i placed the order but still no resolution received by paytm.
Surprising is that i have not received the item but status is showing as delivered on 21st August.
Kindly take appropriate action against the paytm & service provider as well and please process the refund as soon as possible.
