Text of Complaint by GIRISH PITTI:

Dear Consumer Complaint Court,

I placed an order on Packie (trypackie.co.in) for a Smart Classic Wallet on [12 FEB, 2025] through their website. My Order ID is [TP361164], and I made the payment of ₹[899] via [UPI – (PHONEPE) ].

It has been 7 days, since I placed the order, and I have not received any shipping details or delivery updates. I have tried contacting their customer support via email at support@trypackie.co.in, but I have received no response. I also checked their website and social media pages for any updates, but there has been no resolution.

I strongly believe that this company is misleading customers by taking payments and not fulfilling orders. I kindly request the Consumer Complaint Court to take necessary action against Packie (trypackie.co.in) and help me in getting either my product delivered or a full refund.
