On 8rd of May 22 I have ordered around 13:00 pm but I have not received order and called so many times to delivery partner assigned to me but he has not received my calls AND DENIED THAT HE HAD CANCELLED THE ORDER AND RETURNED THE PARCEL.

Around 13:45 pm delivery status updated as a delivered but when I confirmed then found that it has not been delivered.
After so many attempts your delivery partner received my calls and confirmed that he has received food from BHAGAT HALWAI DAYAL BAGH and same has informed to Swiggy responsible authorities. IN A CONFERENCE CALL WHERE IT WAS RECORDED. AND I HAVE A PROOF OF THE SAME WHERE HE CLAIMED THAT HE HAS KEPT THE FOOD PACKAGE WITH HIM AND WONT DELIEVER IT.
It is big question when your delivery partner has not received parcel from KFC then why it has been updated as delivered to my location.
Kindly look into this matter do avoid any legal consequences.
