On March 21 at 8.03 pm I placed a order via paytm ondc… No updates received. Raised multiple tickets no reasonable or helpfull response received. 6 to 7 ticket’s raised no update. no food is delivered no update no refund. Also requested to cancel and refund no action is been taken
