I ordered one mobile through Paytm on 14th Oct, with order no-6278212551 which was supposed to be delivered by 18th Oct. While checking the status of the product it is showing dispatched from 19th Oct, while tracking the AWB no provided, it is showing item is not picked. Tried reaching Paytm & delivery several time through their nos but they are always busy, need to wait on line till 30mins but no luck. Tried reaching them through mail & chat or mesaage but no response from both. Even paytm Nodal office doesn’t bother about the issue, no reply from him as well.
