I had ordered a couple of pairs of shoes from the ferrarishoes.com website on 11th July and also got the order confirmation. But it’s been 2months…and still there has been no information of progress. I had sent an email to the website asking for progress details but there was no satisfactory reply. They only told that they had handed over the parcel to expressgo courier services. My money has also not been refunded.
