I have ordered Wrist Support and Wrist Bands from Nivia Company on Amazon on 18th March. I’m a student of SRM residing in hostel in the campus. I was to receive my product on Saturday(18th of March) but as i was out of campus i could not collect the product and as i was busy i could not lift the call by the delivery person either. As i returned to campus on Monday and checked if i could call the delivery person and ask for collection of my product. To my surprise it said that the product was delivered. I approached the delivery person and he had told me he will check the facility and let me know. He did the same thing for 3 days and kept stalling it until i reached out to amazon customer service. I talked to a supervisor over a chat and he contacted me soon in about 2-3 days. He had me and the deliver person together on a conference call where the delivery person started blatantly lying saying that he had delivered the product to my friend and in turn blaming me for lying. I kept arguing that none of my friends knew that i had even ordered a product on amazon and arguing so cut the call. I have yet to receive my product and it still says delivered and i have not received.
