I am writing this to inform you that I placed my order on clothingnetic.com and I have paid Rs 499/- for my order as well on 17th Oct, 22. I got the following message after placing my order:
“Dear Bhoomi, Your transaction with HARSHAD KANUBHAI DHOLA was successful
Transaction ID: 4e137704eef0cb39468e
Merchant: HARSHAD KANUBHAI DHOLA
Amount Paid: 499.00
Order Date: 2022-10-17 23:42:27”
However, there is no further update on when my order will be delivered and on the website as well I cannot track my order.
I would like you to look into the matter. I tried reaching out to the email given on the website but there is no response from them. I checked on Internet and realised that there are so many complaints registered against clothingnetic.com.
This is a matter of e-commerce fraud as they are deceiving the trust of customers by making payment transactions online but not delivering to the respective customers and not even replying to the emails, also they have not provided any other support number or contact information to reach out to them.
Hence I would like you take strict action against this shopping website before more and more people gets trapped.
And I am also looking for a positive response.
