Text of Complaint by sumanth:

I am writing to express my utmost concern and dissatisfaction with the recent handling of my order by Amazon, a renowned online retailer recognized for its commitment to customer satisfaction. Regrettably, my experience with their service has been far from satisfactory.

On [Date], I placed an order for [Product Name] through Amazon, assigned with the order number [Order Number]. However, to my dismay, the status of the shipment was marked as “delivered” despite the fact that I had not received the package. Initially, I was unaware of this status update and therefore did not respond immediately. However, upon realizing the discrepancy, I promptly lodged a complaint with Amazon’s customer support, seeking their assistance in resolving the issue.

In response to my complaint, Amazon acknowledged the problem and requested a period of 48 hours to investigate the matter and rectify the situation. Despite their assurance, I am deeply disappointed to report that Amazon has failed to provide any satisfactory resolution to this matter. Furthermore, their recent communication has been distressing as they now claim their inability to assist me further, asserting that I am not entitled to either a replacement product or a refund.

It is disheartening to be left in such a predicament, as I have faithfully relied on Amazon’s reputation for exceptional service and prompt problem resolution. I believe this situation warrants your attention as an impartial authority, in order to bring about a fair resolution.

I kindly request that you initiate an investigation into this matter and take appropriate action against Amazon for their failure to deliver the product as promised and their subsequent refusal to address the issue adequately. I seek your guidance and intervention to ensure that my rights as a consumer are protected and that I receive the product I ordered or a refund equivalent to the purchase amount.

Enclosed with this letter, you will find copies of all relevant documentation, including the order confirmation, correspondence with Amazon’s customer support, and any additional evidence that supports my claim.
