Hello,
I have ordered 3 luggage bags of American Tourister from Flipkart which was promised to delivered on 26/04/2022. The product reached toy nearest distribution center on time however on the delivery day of 26/04/2022 the delivery agent kept on disconnecting my several calls and all I got from Flipkart is a delivery failure message and 2nd attempt of delivery on 30/04/2022. on 30/04/2022 the same thing happened as it happened on 26/04/2022. Today when I am reaching out to the customer service, they are disconnecting my call by asking me to be on hold. I am really disappointed and tensed now as I have to leave for a vacation on 02/05/2022 and I don’t have the bags for packing.
