We have ordered Safari Bag and Alphabet and number books from Amazon India, both the orders is making 1100.00 INR. I have reached to Amazon service centre but there is no refund, we haven’t received our order after multiple follow ups. Recently we had ordered TV, Washing machine, etc items at same address from Amazon without any issues but we are facing issue for these 2 items.
