Text of Complaint by Gargi Chattopadhyay:

On 04.10.2020 at 1.00 am, I placed an order for a double bed sheet to Kayakcloth.com. I paid Rs.399/-through SBI net banking. Payment was successful. But, till the time I don’t receive any confirmation message or email from their end. Payment was through Razorpay. Therefore, today I raised a query to Razorpay regarding my payment. They informed me that this is a successful payment (payment ID: pay_FkXqEAoo8lJEJc) to merchant JSN Enterprise,

Thereafter, I tried to reach to the website. But, it never opened after repeated trial.
Now, I am requesting a refund of Rs399/- to my bank account.
