purchased 3 items from their website on 16th July 2020 for Rs.147. I paid it online as there was no COD payment option also I received a confirmation email from them stating that my purchase was complete. After purchasing the order I have not heard back from them in regards to my order. I have sent them an email, but not response from their side.
