Text of Complaint by Rohit Joglekar:

I am Rohit.
I had ordered few products from TheLuckyMen’s website. My order details are as follows –
Order Number – ORDER T5744
Order Date – 29th June 2020
Order payment status – paid online
I am trying to find out the status of my order, but there is no tracking facility available for the same on the website.
I have received a mail of order confirmation. But since then there is no progress. I also mailed them asking to update me, but have received no reply.
Please guide me what can I do in this case as i have already paid then the amount.
