I have ordered a dress from instagram add in jenex faahion my shopify worth 169/- but I did not recieve the order yet.

I have placed my order on 9th April 2020.
Still did not receive the order.
They said that due to lockdown the order is delayed.
But since the new government rule. All the non essential products are delivered now.
They have charged the amount but unable to get it delivered.
Its been 3 months now.
Pathetic customer service and no contact info provided
The email doesnt work either which they have given on their website.
