Dear Sir/ Madam,

I have placed 3 orders from Paytm Mall on 29th Mar’21. Below are the issues and others details regarding all the orders –

1. Order# 13159212183 – Esquire Classic Spin Mop Set with Pull Handle and Wheels and 2 Microfiber – Order status shows delivered, however, I have never received delivery. No responses from the company.
2. Order# 13254589579 – Tata Swach Cristella Plus 18 Ltr Water Purifier ( White & Blue ) – Received used product. Paytm instead of giving replacement asking me to connect to Tata Swach customer helpline.
3. Order# 13231407805 – MI-STS Dock Charger & Multi Pin Charger – 3 USB Ports – This is a 3 port charger and all the ports are not working. No resolution provided so far.
