Text of Complaint by Tazeen Patel:

I’ve placed an order (Order no. #3845) for about 15 days before but still there’s no update from the website on the same. On 11/8/20 I’ve placed an order and make the necessary online payment but the website failed to deliver it to me.

     Failure to deliver within a reasonable time and after the agreed deadline is a breach under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Please look into this matter and resolve this at the earliest.
