Text of Complaint by Ira Kalra:

I placed an order from ajio application  on 17th Jan 2021 for a kurta set through PayTM. The amount got deducted but the order was not placed and neither can i see the details of the order in the application. The customer care number is also not responding. How do I track the refund status?
