On 9 September of 2021,I have been odered certain products from Myntra and payed my money through UPI an amount of Rs 2157.and was not able to receive any oder confirmation from their site.I tried to connect with the customer care of the same company from the same da y till now.they are making lame excuse regarding my complaint.they were pushing forward each day till now by saying they will solve the problem within 3 days.we also contacted the bank regarding this and they responded by saying the amount was credited to their account. I have certain evidence for the same.i kindly requesting to take action against the unethical scam of this company towards the customer
