Dear Flipkart,

I am writing to express my utmost disappointment and frustration with the appalling service I have received from your company. The recent experiences I’ve had with my orders have left me utterly dissatisfied and questioning why I chose to trust Flipkart in the first place.
Let’s start with my first order, Order ID – OD328298037623202200. It was held for a staggering three days before the seller finally decided to cancel it. You promised a delivery date of the 11th, but it seems that was nothing more than a hollow promise. Not a single attempt was made to deliver the product, leaving me waiting in vain. As if that weren’t enough, your customer support executives have been completely useless throughout this ordeal, offering no resolution and spouting the same empty apologies over and over again.
Now, let’s move on to my second order, Order ID – OD328347950801536200. According to your customer support executive, this order has been shipped and is supposed to arrive tomorrow. However, much to my surprise, the app still shows no indication that the item has been shipped at all! I can’t help but feel skeptical and worried that this order, too, will end up being canceled by the seller. This inconsistency between what your representatives say and what the app shows only adds to my frustration and erodes my trust in Flipkart.
But wait, there’s more! My third order(from another account), Order ID – OD328290873961863100, was scheduled to be delivered on June 13th. Today is the 15th, and guess what? It’s still nowhere to be seen! Despite my relentless efforts to contact your customer support executives, they have failed to provide any meaningful assistance. It’s disheartening to be left in the dark, wondering about the fate of my order and receiving no help whatsoever.
Flipkart, I implore you to answer a simple question: If you are incapable of delivering a product, why do you accept the order in the first place? It is beyond comprehension that a company of your stature can make such a fundamental mistake and continue to let down its customers time and time again. I had trusted Flipkart to provide a reliable and efficient service, but I have been sorely disappointed.
Rest assured, I refuse to stay silent about the abysmal treatment I have received. I am left with no choice but to document my experience through a video that will expose the truth about Flipkart’s abysmal service. This video will be shared on prominent platforms like YouTube and Instagram, where thousands of potential customers will be made aware of the appalling level of service you provide.
Consider this letter a final warning, Flipkart. Your reputation is about to suffer a significant blow because I refuse to let your disgraceful service go unnoticed. Your customers deserve better, and it’s high time you acknowledge and rectify the deep flaws within your system.
