Hi,
I have placed four orders for mobile phones for exchange on different dates and the delivery agent has not contacted me before it is marked as undeliverable. It has happened four times that delivery agent is deciding whether my product should be delivered or not. I have escalated the issue several times to the team members but they havent resolved the issue and i was wasting time and my money by purchasing the product at amazon. All the remaining items are getting delivered.
