i had placed an order on the 13th of April and was promised that my order will reach me by 11 pm same day. After i i pa for it, the delivery date changed to 16th of April. The product has reached the nearest delivery hub since 15th 5.45 am and it’s still not delivered to me. It’s my official phone and i am facing huge losses as i am not able to login
The customer service team of flipkart is least bothered, the only answer i get is that they are not able to reach their courier / logistics partner
