I ordered a induction base Hawkins pressure cooker last month, which was delivered to me in 1 week and doesn’t have induction base.
I wanted to exchange or either return the product. Due to some issues, those options never appeared on my app and when i called flipkart customer helpdesk, they said this product is still in shipping state.
I don’t understand why the difference of status at both the ends. Kindly help with returning this product.
