I purchased 4 books of the value of Rs. 961 from The Indian Book Store https://www.theindianbookstore.in/ on 25th of May 2025.
It showed an Airway bill number being fulfilled by Delhivery, but it now shows courier is cancelled by the merchant.
There is no response from the customer support team upon multiple attempts to contact them.
I have asked for my order to be cancelled and for a refund. But they are not responding.
