On 23rd August 2025, I placed an order for a baby gift from the website wookdesk.shop and made an online payment of Rs. 999. After payment, I received an email stating that my order was in process. However, the order status never changed from “in process.”
When I checked the website today, it shows “Website not found.” The seller has not delivered the product, and there is no way to contact them anymore. This appears to be a fraudulent website that has taken my money without delivering the order.
I request necessary action to be taken against the website/seller and a refund of my payment.
