I am very very hungry and ordered food from swiggy dated 31.12.2022 time:07.53PM.
Order picked up on time, delivery person came near to my house and then suddenly his location shows 30 mint far from my house. I called him and he disconnect my phone. Then i called swiggy customer care and they transfer my call to next senior, then this process goes on and after call transfer to 4rth senior level, they disconnect my call after 35 mint. I wait for food for more then 2 hr 30 mint. And after that food person came for delivery. In this way i literally came to death due to hungerness. Pls note actual delivery time was 40-50mint. After 2hr 35 mint i saw one message that my order was delivered but i have not received my order. I am filling case against swiggy for harassment, death threat, misuse of my sentiments, misuse of my money without food. I am sleeping without eat today after waiting of 2.30 mint of order.
Here by i am filling case and looking forward for claim of misuse of my 2hr.35mints, and false statement of delivery of my order.
