- On 7th march 2021 , I ordered a hair trimmer from thehopstudio.in & online payment was done , I got the message that your order number TH76615259has been processed successfully. It will be dispatched within 2-4 working days and will be delivered shortly FROM: QP-ONLODR 07/03/21 07:46 pm . But today is 25/03/21 and order is not delivered yet .
- It is not showing any valid customer complaint number or any email for further query .
- info@theshopstudio.in & contact number 9811806376 & 9953085015 are not responding .
- Please look into the matter .
