Placed an order on 14th May’2023 with Bloomsvilla.
The order was never delivered, after following up with the company, I got responses like order has been marked as delivered. The company is not giving relevant response regarding the order. Everyday over the mails, they are lying about order delivery,
they ruined such a special ocassion for me and wasted my 12 days in continuous followups
This is a fraud company which gives zero attention to customers and after receiving full payments , they ghost the customer and send fake messages that refund is not possible
