Text of Complaint by Ganeshkumar:

I have ordered on Flipkart Vivo T2 Pro mobile and my order ID is OD429597627499741100 at 4th Nov 2023 with promise delivery date of 11th Nov 23. One day before Diwali which i was ordered to surprise my father on Diwali.
On 7th Feb 2023 –> Got out for delivery message and call from Delivery person and he told that part will be hand over to another person and he will give.
On 8th, 9th & 10th –> Called the same person and he told same story.
On 11th –> I called Flipkart customer care and raised the concern and they asked to wait until 11th EOD, and I called same delivery person he asked to come to nearest hub ( I really couldn’t understand why i need to come if ordered online) anyway its day before Diwali, so i went to hub at evening and they searched my product and couldn’t find, Given my number and left with frustrated mind about flipkart worst service.
After that from 13th Feb to 15th i called flipkart customer care about 7 times but no proper response and asked to cancel my order ( Not willing to get the order from Flipkart anymore),
They are repeating same word about unable to cancel as per policy, why u have such irritating policy to make customer more frustrated state. Worst delivery management.
