I have placed an order on 22nd August 2021, in Myflowerapp and the order I’d is 100163922. I purchased Rakhi for Rakshabandhan and I want it to get delivered on the same day. They promised to deliver the product on the same day and I see no update in the status of the order I reached out to the customer care for update and they said that they cannot deliver it on 22nd August and can only refund my amount to Myflowerapp wallet. However, it is no where mentioned in the policy that refund is only done to the wallet. I asked them to deliver it on the same day or refund the amount to my source amount. They refused to do either of it.
