I have ordered from swiggy at 9 pm but at around 9 :20 they said delivery partner’s bike got broke down when I called them at their customer care at 9:50 they said your delivery partner is not picking up the phone so we are assigning u a new delivery partner and few moments i am getting the call from swiggy the first delivery partner who was assigned you took the order and they have no status of my order. Restaurant was also not accepting new order as per them. My wife is 8 months pregnant I gave the order and this it’s been already 10:18 pm. It total harassment and I am surprised if the first delivery partner has picked up the package from restaurant than where is it. This total harassment on there part and my wife n my unborn baby has to suffer from this. Company must be fined for this action and we as a customer should get the compensation for this kind of service.
