I have ordered a realme C53 mobile on 28th october 2023. I have applied exchange for my mobile also. When i have orderd the product the promise date is given to 30th october 2023. On the day of 30th october promise date was extended to 2nd november 2023. Still they have not delivered my product. To day it is 3rd November 2023. And customer care executives also not responding properly. They have totally wasted my time and effort. So please take action against this website and full price of the mobile should be compensated to me.
