Hello sir
I bring to notice that three recently incident in your knowledge. 1st we ve booked a phone on Amazon but order not delivered to us then after order cancellation at your end without my confirmation. 2 nd is we ve booked a boat ear budd ordered delivered. Delivery boy got OTP and go away while opened packet item was missing complaint raised by me with photographs your representative generated repalcement order same time. Next delivery boy asked to me returns previous item otherwise delivery not be done missing item package deny to take. Ultimately my money in your account and I’ve not get any product. Your representative telling me we can’t do more. 3rd is running we ve booked a phone delivery date was 12th but till now no any body contact me while app status showing attamped.
I ve request to Amazon please refund my wallet money in my account your representative deny to return.
I hope you will soon resolve this issue.
