I ordered DMS Retail Multicolor Different Pattern Pearl Wooden Beads Rudraksh Rakhi for Brother with Roli Chawal Bhaiya Bhabhi Rakhi Rakhi Set for Brother Pack of 6 Rakhi in 11 July 2020 with correct address and zip code, Amazon show its delivery service to this address(Chaudhary bhawavn,Chakhutiya Ganai
ALMORA, UTTARAKHAND 263656 )and estimate the arriving date in from 21july-24july.when I track my order with tracking id AW217453487IN on July 21,it was showing its location in Bangalore Karnataka Amazon facility that is so far from the desired address I called to customers service and they misguided me that tracking history is not updated and your order will arrive on time i.e 24 july.on 24 July order still stucked in Bangalore. I communicate again with customer service now they told me,my order will arrive till 30 July but now on their Amazon app the estimated delivery date is from 6 August to 14 August,this act misguide customer twice and there is no cancellation option available for the above product in their app.
