Ordered “GoodsNet 8.5 inch LCD E-writer Electronic Writing Pad” which has not been delivered for 5 months now. Customer support says there is an issue with the shipping of the product. I am unable to cancel the product from my end. I have raised many complaints to cancel the product and to process the refund but the order is not getting cancelled. So neither product is getting delivered nor the product is getting cancelled. Worst service experienced with Flipkart.
