I have ordered Samsung M51 costing around Rs 20000 and for which delivery was next day on 8th June.
Since then we are chasing Amazon customer care and they are just giving false commitments and assurance. And item is not yet delivered. there has been constant follow up from my side and each time they promised falsely about the delivery. Even one falsely claimed that there has been attempt of delivery.Since 8th June, even the tracking details are not updated , showing no action from their side
After harassing us and repeatedly breaking our trust whole week they are suggesting us to cancel the order where in the price of the product has been increased and still showing next day delivery for the same item. That’s how they are treating the Prime members.
Customer trust, care and time has no value for Amazon. It has been pathetic experience, kind of mental torture waiting for delivery each day.
