I have orders my products on 16/7/2020 and it was cash on deliver only. After placing my order I received a mail regarding payment details and my order number .They said I will be notified once my order is ready It’s more than 1 week and I haven’t received any updated.I tried sending mail but there was no reply.Even I messaged then through messenger they always a said will be delivered soon.but no tracking details was provided.
This kind of incidents will affect the credibility of online shopping.
Try to rectify this.
I paid around 1000 rs for my order
