On 3rd May I ordered iPhone 13. On 4th May the delivery agent came but I was not there so I told him to come on a particular time frame. He agreed but later postponed the order. Since then I have been suffering. I have called end number of times to Amazon customer care service and chats but everyone has different answers. Now after losing my will to fight I cancelled the product. But even now they are saying that the product has not been returned to seller yet. Once it will be returned to seller the refund will be initiated. I had purchased it on credit card emi where they charged me 500 plus rupees for converting the payment into emi. I deposited 14000 plus rupees in my amazon pay balance as my credit card limit was only 55000 rupees. Even if refund gets initiated those 14000 plus rupees will be sent to pay balance which is worthless piece of shit. I won’t be able to use it elsewhere. Don’t know what to do. Please help.
