1. I ordered one product( IPHONE 13) on 25 th September 23.Order ID: OD329249148173178100.
2. Item delayed and not delivered on 29 th September23
3. Item delayed and not delivered on 4 th October 23
4. Showed shipping initiated dated 4th Oct 23(?????????) 8.48 pm.
5. Ekart id 2023FMPP1879775632
6. Till 9th Oct 23, it’s still showing item yet be to reach nearest hub.
7. Today’s(9th oct) delivery promise date again failed (3rd time).
8. I’m not allowed to cancel the order nor are they helping me.
9. I have made this payment via HDFC EMI whose 1st instalment is about to be deducted from my account.
10. After a countless call for help they are just increasing the support date. Now it’s 12 th October 23.
11. I am in very much pain and mentally harassed..
12. Nobody from their backend team, as promised by them has ever contacted me since 30th September 2023.
