I’ve placed an order for wall clock on 18th October 2020.
Order no. TCS11199
I’ve not received my order till date and no proper update received from them.
There is no phone number where we can speak to them. Only one WhatsApp number where they do give a proper update or sometimes they reply with same status that it is being processed or will be shipped at end of the month.
